Payment Methods

Online Application
  • Credit card. This is the only method of payment for the online application. The following cards are accepted:
    • Visa
    • Mastercard
    • American Express
Paper-based Application
  • Credit card*. Payment can be made through Section 4, “Payment Information”. The following cards are accepted:
    • Visa
    • Mastercard
    • American Express
    *Credit card is the preferred payment method and often the quickest way to apply to the program.
  • Money order or bank check. Must be issued by a U.S. Bank payable to UC Regents.
  • Bank-­to-­bank transfer through Western Union

Housing Payment

Housing fees must be paid separately and directed to Housing Administrative Services. After you have been successfully enrolled in your Summer Session courses, you will be sent part II of the Housing Application which includes your contract. Housing payments should only be made after you have submitted your housing contract.

Acceptable Forms of Payment

  • Bank-to-bank transfer through Western Union. Link available in spring 2018.
  • Money order or bank check. Must be in U.S. Dollars and issued from a U.S. banking branch. Please make your check or money order payable to:

Billing Statement

Students will be sent a verification of enrollment and payment to the address provided on the application.

Upon receipt of an application by the Summer Session office, students are responsible for all program fees.
