Travel-Study Policies & Procedures

When a program fills, a waitlist will be created and students will be placed on the list in order of priority, based on when their completed enrollment forms are received by the Summer Session office. Students who wish to go on a waitlist do not need to submit a deposit with their application. When an opening occurs on the program, students on the waitlist will be notified immediately in the order of their priority on the list. Upon notification, students will be given a deadline to confirm or turn down their enrollment and submit their deposit.

Students are not permitted to be placed on a waitlist and be enrolled in a different UCI Travel-Study program at the same time, however students may choose to be placed on more than one waiting list.
