Included Trips and Excursions
 

Keihoku Furitsu House In Ohara (2 days + 1 night)

Economics students will enjoy this trip. Your trip includes overnight accommodations, a museum tour, a visit to Joshoko Temple, a tour of a traditional Japanese house, meals and all transportation.

City of Omihachiman (2 days + 1 night)

Anthropology students will look forward to conducting fieldwork during this trip. Your trip includes overnight accommodations in traditional tatami-style rooms, meals, transportation, a visit to an Onsen -- Japanese hot springs -- and visits to a Christian hospice and chapel, a Buddhist temple, a local school, a town museum and an old boat house.

Kyoto Municipal Art Museum and the Neesimas House (Day-trip)

History students will enjoy this day-trip. It includes entry fees, transportation and lunch.

Vibrant City of Tokyo (3 days + 2 nights)

In addition, all students will also participate in an overnight trip to experience the contrast of the vibrant city of Tokyo. Your trip includes:

  • Bullet train from Kyoto to Tokyo
  • Shared twin-room accommodations in a Tokyo hotel
  • Meals and in-city planned excursions
