Enrollment & Requirements for Travel-Study

UCI Travel-Study Programs are available to all currently enrolled and degree-seeking college students, over the age of 18, who are in good academic standing. Students are encouraged to apply as early as possible, as space is limited and all programs are filled strictly on a first–come, first-served basis.

Students graduating in the spring are not eligible and summer graduates, who finish their degree at the end of Summer Session, can petition to enroll.

More questions about eligibility? See our 5 Fast Steps to Travel-Study.

Enrollments will be accepted starting on December 1. Students should apply as early as possible to reserve their spot on a program. More information about our waitlist policy is also available.

  • Session I programs - final enrollment deadline has been extended to May 15
  • Session II programs - final enrollment deadline is June 1

You may complete your enrollment and pay your deposit online. Please be sure to complete steps 1 though 7 completely when using the online enrollment form. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and receipt for your deposit payment immediately.

More information about our waitlist policy is also available.

If your program enrollment form is not available to be completed online, you will be instructed to print out the necessary documents to bring or mail to our office.
